Roles We’re Actively Exploring

We’re building our talent pipeline in the following areas:

• Mobile Developers
  Experience with Flutter or similar frameworks preferred. Bonus if you’ve worked with geofencing, VPNs, or privacy-conscious mobile apps.

• Full-Stack Engineers
  Familiarity with modern web frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architecture. We value curiosity, clean code, and experience building products for real-world users.

• Back-End Engineers
  Especially those with a background in privacy-first infrastructure, secure APIs, and behavioral data pipelines.

• School Sales Lead
  A relationship-builder with experience in EdTech, K–12 partnerships, or school procurement.

• Customer Success & Implementation Specialist
  Empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping schools succeed with new tools and systems.

The Commons is a privately held, founder-led company based in St. Paul, MN. Our team blends experience across education, behavioral science, and technology.

We partner with schools across the country to build healthier digital habits and help students learn self-regulation in an age of constant distraction.
